3-Day Overnight Horse Camps

In the beauty of our Pacific Northwest summers, spending time at horse camp is a horse lovers dream.  Under the supervision of our trained staff, campers will learn all about horses, and have a great three days doing so.

Campers can ride either English or western.  They will trail ride, play games, take riding lessons, plus be responsible for catching, grooming, and saddling their horse or pony.

In addition to learning about horse care, campers will learn about stall cleaning and the responsibility of owning a horse.

This is a 3 day and 2 night horse camp for kids to experience horse camp without committing to leaving family for an entire week.  They will still get the full flavor of our amazing camp, but be home with family before they have a chance to get home sick.  This is a great option for super busy kids who still want to squeeze a horse camp into their summer.

Housing at Lang's is quaint and unique and adds to the western experience. There are 2 housing options:

1. Covered wagons accommodate the majority of our campers. Each "room" accommodates up to 6 girls. Mattresses are NOT included for the covered wagon bunks.

2. Tent camping is also available along our beautiful lake. If your camper would prefer to bring a tent for more privacy we welcome it.

Please note that the covered wagons do not have electricity. All sleeping areas are bunk bed style.

Food at Lang's is made on site by our Camp Cook at the Camp Diner. We provide regular, and vegetarian meal options. If your camper has other special dietary requirements, please contact us before signing up for camp to discuss whether we will be able to accommodate their needs. You may be asked to provide appropriate substitution foods.

Homesick?

No refunds will be given for children who leave camp early because they are homesick.  Please be sure you and your camper are prepared for them to be away at camp.

We at Lang’s Horse & Pony Farm are committed to providing a safe, educational, and welcoming environment for all our campers, patrons, volunteers, and staff. As a family run business, we are limited in the range of special needs we are able to properly accommodate; including but not limited to behavior management and certain health conditions.

If your child requires special assistance for educational, behavioral or medical needs at school or other programs you will need to contact our office directly before enrolling in one of our camps to ensure that placement is feasible. Please read the attached information. For further details click here.
